In this section, you should name the languages you can speak and your level: Mother tongue, bilingual, high, intermediate, beginner’s level…

If you’ve got any international diploma related to your knowledge of foreign languages (DELE, DELF, Zentrale Mittelstufe Prüfung…) you should include it in this section. It’ll help you stand out. If you’ve got several for the same language, use the one with the highest level.

But remember, don’t lie about your level of knowledge because you may have to speak in one of those languages during the interview and they’ll realize you were lying.

Finally, list the languages from the most useful one for working to the least and also by level of knowledge. If an enterprise demands a particular language, it should be first on the list.
