Processing Purposes

The data subject is required to provide all the information classified as obligatory in the data collection request form aforementioned in order to handle his/her request.
Recipient of your Data
The Responsible has commercial partners who handle the data processing in order to provide their services. With the exception of the companies aforesaid, your data shall not be shared to third-parties. If for any reason it is necessary to share the data aforementioned to third-parties, you shall be previously informed and, if needed, you shall be required for the consent and the communication purposes and the third-party details shall be specified; all that with the exception of the cases in which a third-party is required by a legal request to inform of such data.

In addition, we inform you that you may submit a claim to the competent supervisory authority, in this instance, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially in case of no satisfactory answer while exercising your rights.
