IT knowledge
This section can go before the Languages one, depending on the abilities you want to stand out. If you’ve got good knowledge of computers and IT and your languages speaking level is low, you’ll put IT knowledge first since it’s a stronger point.
Include any IT knowledge you’ve got: operative systems, word processors, spreadsheet programs, data base managers, graphic design programs, internet… Explain which programs you know and your level, as long as it’s related to the position.
You can list one after the other or make groups if you can handle many programs of the same kind.
