Types of interviews: One-on-one
The one-on-one job interview is the most common of all. It takes place between the person seeking employment and a representative from the company offering the job, usually a member of the Human Resources department.
There is a pattern or model to follow. The order and the subjects addressed will depend solely on the interviewer. However, the confidentiality of this type of interview can achieve a greater depth on the issues.
