Types of job interviews: Group
The group interview is, as its name indicates, one that involves a group of candidates, instead of just one applicant. It’s very similar to the panel or comittee interview, but in this case the applicant is interviewed by different people belonging to different areas of the company. In this type of interview it’s quite common to have a business psychologist present.
Each interviewer will evaluate the candidate in their own terms and, after all interviews are finished, they’ll all decide if the candidate is ideal for the job or not.
